Tim Hortons vs 7-Eleven on Facebook

Facebook is one of great tool to promote our brands publically. It is easy to use and less costly and also has wide reach as globally.  In this blog post we are going to make comparison between our two brands Facebook accounts.

Tim Hortons:
Tim Hortons has 2,857,107 likes on its Facebook page. Here we analyze their account by looking at the last 25 posts are:
  • They post frequently on their page  They post someday two times and someday single post a day.
  • Their post content mainly include promotion, discount games events and images.
  • They often use 50/50 rules for their brand page which include the post of their brand and other media.

People like to stay updated with what incidents are happening around the world and this happened to be one that caught many people’s attention.

7-Eleven has approximately 3,156,900 likes on its Facebook page. The analysis of their last 25 post are given below.
  • They post one post every week or sometime after two weeks.
  • The content is mainly regarding of promotion, coupons, images and special menu items.
  • They does not follow the 50/50 rules in their post.
  • 7-Eleven used many keywords in their posts which are Hacks on Snacks, Feeding America, and Slurpee50 etc.

The second post was you’ll never make Ice Cream Sandwiches the same way again! This genius idea is easy and full of win. #‎ Hacks On Snacks. It was published on February 6. This post had 20k views, 646 likes and 172 shares.

The reason of getting success on these post because people love Bacon and new flavors. This videos based 0n this content. Which attract the people to watch that and also try new food at stores.
