It is very hard to find any considerable fan page of Williams’s fresh café on Facebook. The main reason is that it is a Canadian brand which is not much active to its competitors comparison. However, there are some pages which can be found on Facebook with very few likes.

Williams Fresh Café has more fan pages on Twitter compared to the Facebook. One of these fan pages is @wfreshcafe which has 24 followers and 70 tweets. This pages mainly posts stuff about the various products offered at the Williams’s fresh café and also the news related to the coffee chain. However, it is placed in a industry where large companies like Tim Horton's, Starbucks Coffee, McDonalds, Krispy Kreme etc. compete. However, despite its small market share and size it has maintained quite impressive social media presence. Williams Fresh Café has its presence on all major social media networks like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn and many other social media platforms. We will try to analyze Company’s Social media strategy on these Major Platforms.

Facebook:

Williams Fresh Café has 8,047 likes on Facebook and company is trying to catch up with other competitors in terms of likes.
