Williams’s fresh cafe is a Canadian coffee chain which serve a number of food items including coffee to their consumers. However, it is placed in a industry where large companies like Tim Horton's, Starbucks Coffee, McDonalds, Krispy Kreme etc. compete. However, despite its small market share and size it has maintained quite impressive social media presence. Williams Fresh Café has its presence on all major social media networks like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn and many other social media platforms. We will try to analyze Company’s Social media strategy on these Major Platforms.

Facebook:

Williams Fresh Café has 8,047 likes on Facebook and company is trying to catch up with other competitors in terms of likes. Williams’s fresh café typically posts 5 to 15 posts per month and is relatively less active in terms of posting content on Facebook.
