Krispy Kreme Content Marketing Strategy

 I am creating this campaign for Krispy Kreme.
·         My idea is to promote Krispy Kreme coffee. I would like to do it with the help of special combo offers at reasonable rates, for example: one can get a medium cup of coffee with a doughnut just for $3.99, which is never done before. Moreover this can be a new campaign for the company to increase their coffee sales particularly, as Krispy Kreme is more known for its Doughnuts.
·         My audience is particularly Youth specially college and universities.
·         My goal is to make Krispy Kreme more popular on YouTube as they are doing not so good on YouTube. Moreover YouTube is the fastest growing social media site, so it helps to attract more consumers.
·         I am planning of this launching in the coming summers.
·         I am mainly going to promote on Facebook and YouTube as they both are growing really fast in social media industry and have millions of users. Besides that it helps Krispy Kreme to promote their commercials through videos as well as pictures that help them to know about what consumer thinks as well.

·         This is a unique idea as since now no company came in the market with the combo of Coffee and Doughnut at reasonable rates, which helps the company to attract more consumers as these two are the main contents or the products of coffee house.

YouTube is a very powerful tool in the modern era when everyone has a mobile device enabling them to access seamless videos anytime and anywhere. It is an effective marketing tool if used in a good way. Therefore, lets analyses how our two brands utilize the YouTube Platform to their benefit.

  • ·        YouTube channel contains 9 videos and last video was posted a year ago.
  • ·        Products and services, Promotions, training and franchising is shown on YouTube Channel.
  • ·        In the Description area links to various related websites and details of videos are mentioned.

The Most recent successful and popular video is:


This video has 2029 likes on YouTube, which is highest among all 9 videos. This is the only video which talks about promotion and loyalty programs hence no wondering why this has the highest likes. It shows the amount of curiosity that the consumers have towards rewards and promotions.

YouTube is the another most popular social media site as now a day lots of people are using YouTube to watch movies as well as to listen video songs. So YouTube is really good source for the companies in order to post their commercials or other ads to attract more customers and to tell people more about their upcoming products and campaigns. Twitter is another powerful social media to attract people around the world. In this post we are going to provide information about Tim Hortons and 7-Eleven using twitter for their brand.

7-Eleven has approximately 97.9K followers and 24.8K tweets on their twitter account. By looking at the last 25 tweets we has analyzed the brand presence on it.

  • Their tweets basically include their menu, discounts or images to attract customers.
  • They are less use the 50/50 rule in their tweets.
  • 7-Eleven uses different keywords in their tweets. These are basically #HotDogDemocracy, #Slurpee50, #HacksOnSnacks etc.
  • The recent tweets achieve success were Kings selling hot dogs? What's next, dictators selling Slurpee? LOLOLOL. It was published on February 23. This tweet had 84 likes and 54 retweet.
