Whole Campaign Video Reflection final Post


How are you all? This will be our last post related to our topic that was coffee chains and as you all know throughout the campaign we took different brands and did different posts related to it. We are very happy that you all support our blog posts and also helped in promoting our blog posts to different countries too.  And we have also provided our links to our Facebook page, Twitter and Instagram page and if you have not liked or followed then you can through that links.

Tim Hortons Content Marketing Idea

In this post we are present an original Content Marketing campaign idea for Tim Hortons. We already know that Tim Hortons is popular coffee brand among North American market. The detailed description of our idea is given below.

Tim Hortons:
  • This campaign is basically for Tim Horton brand.
  • We are going to launch an app which has installed puzzle game. And people has to solve that puzzle in minimum time period. Those who solve this game within given time period they will get free coupon for coffee or other Tim Hortons product.
  • Our main target audience will be college students.
  • Our main goal for this campaign is to achieve more and more subscribers of Tim Apps.

  • We will plan to launch this app in upcoming spring season.

  • To promote this strategy we will use two main media one is Facebook page and other is Instagram because mostly student use Facebook and Instagram account on their smart phone. Which will easy for us to spread the awareness of our new campaign.
  •   We will sure that this campaign attract and engage more audience because this campaign not only excited but also fun full. Moreover, audience can also utilize their free time or stress while playing this game and win the prize in return which every customer want from each brand.

Krispy Kreme Content Marketing Strategy

 I am creating this campaign for Krispy Kreme.
·         My idea is to promote Krispy Kreme coffee. I would like to do it with the help of special combo offers at reasonable rates, for example: one can get a medium cup of coffee with a doughnut just for $3.99, which is never done before. Moreover this can be a new campaign for the company to increase their coffee sales particularly, as Krispy Kreme is more known for its Doughnuts.
·         My audience is particularly Youth specially college and universities.
·         My goal is to make Krispy Kreme more popular on YouTube as they are doing not so good on YouTube. Moreover YouTube is the fastest growing social media site, so it helps to attract more consumers.
·         I am planning of this launching in the coming summers.
·         I am mainly going to promote on Facebook and YouTube as they both are growing really fast in social media industry and have millions of users. Besides that it helps Krispy Kreme to promote their commercials through videos as well as pictures that help them to know about what consumer thinks as well.

·         This is a unique idea as since now no company came in the market with the combo of Coffee and Doughnut at reasonable rates, which helps the company to attract more consumers as these two are the main contents or the products of coffee house.

Content Marketing Campaign

Campaign For: Starbucks



Idea: Starbucks have the mobile application on which the users can order for coffee and pick up at store. As per our campaign idea, Starbucks mobile app Users will be given free coffee worth $5 on installing Starbucks application (Welcome bonus points) and the 15-20% discount offer when they order and pay through the mobile application on regular basis depending on their usage. Users earn points on every purchase that can be later used for further purchases.


Who is the Audience?

The youth and the individuals working on various jobs are the targeted audience as they are the ones who use the mobile applications more often.

Goals:

The major goal is to boost the use of app and increase the amount of total sales. All the social media tools will be used to engage the consumers to attract to this campaign. Click a link, and increasing follwers by a considerable number will be the goal.

When to Launch?

This campaign will be launched in the spring season. New season provides a perfect opportunity for the start of a new campaign.

Social Strategy:

This campaign will be promoted using all major social media channels including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.  This campaign will also be promoted on blogger so that the people looking for related stuff can be lead to our blog through the use of good search engine optimization. Attractive images will be used on social media to give more visual appeal to the campaign promotions.

How to Attract, acquire and engage new consumers:

To attract new customer’s social media campaigns will be run notifying the new and existing customers about the campaign. Details will be provided to convince the users about the campaign and make them aware about the benefits.  Now once the customers are acquired, Point reward system on each purchase will keep the mobile app users engaged with regular purchases and usage. Social media channels will attract feedback and replies will be given in a timely manner to keep the new and existing consumers in touch with campaign.

Dunkin donuts Content Marketing


Awareness in business is very important and it is always result in success. There are various types of tools that are used in business for the promotion of the product. For example- social media.

If would be a part of the company ‘s marketing program, I would launch Dunkin Donuts Campaign with the slogan ‘‘Sweeticious Dunkin”. The purpose of launching this campaign would be to spread awareness related to our company, its new products, its profit and its customers base.

The target customers for Dunkin Donuts would be young adults who are students and who go to work. Because coffee gives energy for studies and hardworking life.

And our objective is about this campaign is to give good services to customers, so that customer base increase and our profit would also increase.

We will promote this campaign on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram social media because people now a days are connected with these social media more. And with these social media we can reach to great number of audience.

Williams Fresh Café Fan Pages

Let us have a look at various fan pages of WFC on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

It is very hard to find any considerable fan page of Williams’s fresh café on Facebook. The main reason is that it is a Canadian brand which is not much active to its competitors comparison. However, there are some pages which can be found on Facebook with very few likes.




  • Twitter Fan Page:



Williams Fresh Café has more fan pages on Twitter compared to the Facebook. One of these fan pages is @wfreshcafe which has 24 followers and 70 tweets. This pages mainly posts stuff about the various products offered at the Williams’s fresh café and also the news related to the coffee chain. This fan page is very active and sometimes retweets the content from the official Williams fresh café page.

·        Instagram Fan Page:

There are very few fan pages of Williams’s fresh café on Instagram. But @WFCbrampton is a fan page which is consistent with the official theme of the Coffee chain.
